Meaghan has over 20 years of experience working with individuals and families, with 17 of those years serving the City of Charlottesville. Throughout her career, she has supported adults, families, and children, focusing on cultivating resources and resilience. Meaghan earned her Bachelor of Science in 2007 from Mary Washington University, followed by a Masters Certificate in Local Government Management in 2014 and a Masters in Social Work in 2023. Passionate about community service, she is dedicated to sharing knowledge and insight on trauma-healing practices. Meaghan deeply values the importance of safety and connection in fostering authentic relationships and views it as a privilege to walk alongside individuals on their healing journeys.
